Infratrol Ships Standard Design Stainless Steel Washer

Infratrol has shipped a 4-Stage Stainless Steel belt washer, electrically heated, with blow-off systems after the wash, rinse and final rinse R.O. stages. System includes an electrically heated high velocity dry-off oven. This system is designed for the removal of buffing compound on highly polished, high end cookware pan lids. The system is robotically loaded and automatically unloaded by multiple conveyors. The entire system is mounted on a single base for ease of transportation and installation.

Infratrol Mfg. has shipped a large Composite Cure Oven to a major aerospace manufacturer. This system has the following special features: Internal dimensions of 60' long x 12' high x 12' wide. Also included with the oven was a vacuum system, 20 point temperature monitoring system, interior lighting and a rapid cool down feature.

Vertical Annealing Oven

Infratrol Mfg. has developed a plastic component annealing oven with a space saving vertical, gimbaled conveyor. The oven maintains a very close temperature tolerance for strict quality control. Material handling can be through-feed with loading on one side and unloading on the other side of the oven, or load and unload from the same position.

Cast Iron Core Box Pre-Heat Oven

Infratrol has designed and built an energy efficient, portable, Cast Iron Core Box Pre-heat oven. The system pre-heats two halves of a complete Core Box per load. This oven incorporates an energy efficient infrared heating system to heat the Core Boxes. The oven can handle up to 200# maximum load.
