Skinning Ovens
The Infratrol Turbo Set Oven is designed to quickly start the rubber curing process as the extruded rubber exits the extruder and to also provide a rubber “skin-over” to minimize part marking.
The
Turbo Set Oven is designed to operate at a maximum temperature of 1000°F and has
a variable speed roller conveyor to match the speed of the extruder.
Other design features include external high temperature roller bearings, air operated top opening door for access into the chamber for servicing, service walkway and the conveyor rollers are designed for quick replacement.
