Specialty Oven Equipment
INFRATROL has built equipment for many unusual, hybrid and proprietary processes. Confidentiality agreements prevent us from showing most of this type of equipment. Suffice it to say that we are only limited by our imagination and approved budget. All INFRATROL equipment is designed and built to your specific requirements for part size, production rate and processing characteristics. Below is just a sampling of some of the Specialty Equipment we have built.
Chemical Treatment System
Electrically heated treatment system to chemically treat rubber parts prior to being bonded to metal. Parts are loaded into work baskets which are indexed into a treatment stage, rinse stage and a dry-off oven. The entire system is skid mounted and controlled with a PLC.

Thermal
Degreaser
Gas fired thermal degreaser oven used to remove oils from an automotive part. Parts are automatically loaded onto a slat conveyor with pegs and transported through the oven and cooling section. An automatic unloading belt conveyor removes the parts from the pegs after the cooling section. All oven, cooling, conveyor, loader and unloader are controlled through the system PLC.
