INFRATROL has been building Cleaning Systems since 1976. Cleaning Systems typically combine a Parts Washer, Drying Oven and a Material Handling System. INFRATROL Parts Washers are used with a wide variety of substrates including metal, rubber, plastic and composites. Below is just a sampling of some of the Cleaning Systems we have built.
Aqueous
Cleaning System
An automated aqueous cleaning system designed to replace the vapor degreaser. This cleaning system has a gas fired 3 stage, immersion agitation and spray stages with dry-off oven. Parts are conveyor through the system in work baskets on an indexing conveyor. System is designed for one man operation with system functions controlled through a PLC.

Electrically
Heated Cleaning System
Three stage agitated dunk and spray washer with dry-off oven. Parts are loaded onto a work basket which is transported through the wash and dry-off on an indexing conveyor and work baskets are returned to the load end for a one man operation. All system functions are Controlled through a PLC.

Thermal
Degreaser Indexing Oven / Slat Conveyor Oven
Gas fired thermal degreasing oven used to remove oils from automotive parts. Parts are automatically loaded onto a slat conveyor with pegs and transported through the oven and cooling section. An automatic belt conveyor removes the parts from the pegs after the cooling section. All oven, cooling, conveyor, loader and unloader are controlled through the system PLC.
